Data deletion

You can ask at any time for the personal data StudioSide processes about you to be deleted (conversations, contact details, booking data and any data received through Instagram or WhatsApp).

How to request it

  1. Send an email to marcus@mystudioside.com with the subject "Data deletion".
  2. Include the phone number or Instagram username you used to message the studio, so we can locate your data.
  3. If you prefer, you can also ask the beauty studio you spoke with directly; they will pass the request on to us.

What happens next

  • We will confirm we received your request.
  • We will delete your personal data from our systems within a maximum of 30 days, except for data we are legally required to keep (for example, the studio's billing records).
  • We will confirm in writing once the deletion is complete.

The deletion covers all data received through the Instagram and WhatsApp APIs: identifiers, messages and transcripts.
